  "For the price, this is an excellent subwoofer. It's a big hit for an 8-inch sub, particularly if it's a cheap one from a lesser-known company like dark audio, taramps etc. Definitely outperforms any other 8-inch subs I've tried, with the ones that were better costing considerably more. Of course, it's nowhere near 1200W, but the tiny 150W RMS Kenwood amp I'm using doesn't quite max it out yet, but it's close, so I'd say it's 200W true RMS, which is enough for a $40 sub. It's great for replacing the stock Rockford sub in a 2003 Sentra SE-R enclosure."

  "I didn’t get them from treasure point online because they lost my package, but I got them from Fry’s because I still wanted them asap. I still want to leave a good review. They are outstanding subs! Nice looking, and VERY loud for 10’s. This is a good deal for some quality 10’s. I went for these over the cheaper 10’s and I’m glad I did. Planet Audio stuff has always been good to me, so I went back to them for this build. Pushed by their 2600.2 anarchy amp. More than enough power for the subs, and more than enough bass with 2 of these subs. I’m very happy with these. "

  "Bought this 12 to replace a hand me down kicker I had given to our son. Wow! I mean really... wow! I really felt my 15+ year old kicker was a good sub, but the surround had shown a bit of dry rot starting so grabbed this to replace it. Placed it in the same home made/custom ported box that I built to fit his car. Hooked it into the wife's jeep to test fire it.... holly crap. This sub made her 10 inch bazooka cry in shame. I really did not expect the impact or SPL this sub produced. It's not broken in, so not pushing it, didn't even get warm, but incredibly impressed. Add in the 30$price tag... I just can't understand how this happened. I am tempted to grab one of my Rockford power dvcs and toss in the box to compare. (Sitting on the shelf since changing vehicles and unable to decide what I'm doing lol). Her jeep is running a Rockville r5amp.. so maybe 500watts to the sub? If I trust the birth certificate. I am for sure buying more as the rest of the boys come of driving age. Longevity, who knows, but I wouldn't expect it to die before a teen poked a hole in it or leaves the vehicle unlocked for the 10,000 time and gets it stolen or some other natural disaster. When tunned right, placed in a correct size enclosure and fed clean signal... I bet this will out live his car lol. It's a solid built 12 inch sub, kept its cool for a 20 min run... very impressed overall. "

  "I doubt seriously that this amp has anywhere near 1500 watts, but it has decent power anyways. The amp has a LFE setup that cuts the bass at 90hz and I think that is quite low, I ended up buying a head unit that has a built in cutoff itself. Only thing I needed that was not included where screws to mount the speakers in the box, other than that, this comes setup with most of what you will need. The speakers look really cool, the box looks ok, but performs quite well. Someone in the warehouse left a nice giant footprint on my box. Great entry level setup. "

  "I took the time and followed the directions with breaking it in. Speaker absolutely destroys speakers 3-4 X the price. I have this ran @ 2ohm @ roughly 500 RMS to be safe, paired with a Plant Audio 1500 Mono amp and couldn't be happier. Super happy so far and no issue within the past 3 months. Use a voltmeter to assure you aren't overworking the sub and keep it below 650 RMS and it should last! "

  i was skeptical due to price but the other speakers i was looking at were going to run $800 for 2 x 1000 watt speakers so i decided to try these out, price difference i didnt have much to lose. No complaints so far have 2k watts rms pumping into 2 of these speakers and they sound amazing. Break in times were rough had to fight the urge to go full volume. But s far no real complaints these seem to be a good quality speaker for the price. If you are like me a kicker fan for many years dont be afraid to test these they are worth the $$

  "2 10 inch subs paired with a 2500w amp in a sealed enclosure. They don't pound the low lows but they do have a great range and will shake your car for sure. For the price these left an amazing first impression after hooking them up "

  "I bought this only because I had a spare 10"" ported box and an extra channel on my amp. I paired it with a skar ddx 12, in a separate box. Holy shit! With 600 rms going to it, this thing does more than the skar! $30 well spent. We'll see how long it lasts... the sub is a bit smaller than my old RF 10, so I had to cut a new hole and tack it to the front of my box, but no big deal. Recommended this sub as long as you don't have high expectations. "

  "Great sub. Sounds better than any sub I've heard that's in this price range. Hits really hard. Looks great too Update: blew it within 5 days with a 500w rms amp only 1/3 volume. Returned it, replacement arrived the day after they received the blown one. Great customer service. We'll see if this one holds up. Hopefully I just got a junk one"
