It fits well with my two Alpine type R swr-124D at 1 ohm stable = 2000 watts Rms. The amp should not overheat. I'd say it's a step up from my old Orion 2400D and Rockford Fosgate 800a2 amps, which I purchased to replace them. I'm used to owning amps in the $700+ range in the past, but I'd say this amp is comparable in efficiency and strength to those amps. Overall, it's a fantastic purchase."

  "It fried my old speakers first day Love it, puts out good power very very pleased with the power. Had to order new speakers but that just means my old speakers couldn't handle the power Put my kicker 15's in til my new speakers come in and the amp has no problem pushing them 2 thumbs up"

  "So I have a home theater subwoofer in my trunk. It's a Legacy 15"" subwoofer. Not the cheapy stuff. This was built for home use not car use so it's inefficient. I had maybe 100 RMS going to it before. Now with this amp I can finally wire it to 2 ohms. And wow. I don't have it even halfway yet and it's overbearing. Easily pushed the power advertised with no effort. I highly recommend this amp from Orion. Even has a level knob. Just don't blow anything up. It's easy to get carried away with this much bass. "
