"Blaupunkt amplifier is best but underrated Blaupunkt started in the late 30s, so they know their stuff when it comes to music. They have, nevertheless, tarnished their image as a result of their deceptive power ads. It's nowhere near 1500 watts or its RMS rating. When attached to an amp dyno, the peak power is closer to 650 watts. These kick asses, despite the fact that I have a monster amp running my sub at the same wattage, overheat after about an hour of high-volume playback. My blaupunkt 4-channel is currently powering six speakers and has yet to overheat and shut down. "

"Blaupunkt Installed this amp in about 30 minutes (had existing wiring already in place) in a 2006 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Unlimited driving 2 Rockford Fosgate 12 inch subwoofers. This amp was a replacement for a Kicker (StillWater Designs 500.2). I've been messing with car audio for about 25 years, and honestly, this is the most powerful and clearest sounding subwoofer amp I have used."

"though blaupunkt speakers is old but still rocks that The door speakers have a total power output of over 750 watts, but the overall sound of my door speakers is as plain as gold to your ears. Yes, if I get a better amp to fit my speakers, the sound quality would be better, but for now, I'm happy with this 750 watt amp that makes my speakers loud enough, and the amplifier doesn't even get warm. It's just a slight wet, but that's all there is to it. I run this amp full blast for about an hour and a half to two hours and it wasn't even hot hot, just mildly wet, and that's with the ac on and all windows down. I don't think it would be that warm with my ac on; in fact, I'd say it would only be warm enough due to the blaupunkt stereo speakers drawing more watts than the amp alone, so the money is well spent. "

" Great This is my first review of any purchase I've ever made and that probably an excessive amount. Anyhow Blaupunkt is the top of the line in my opinion im 43 and have installed systems in ever vehicles ive owned 15+ vehicles. I've pretty much used every manufacturer and Blaupunkt is one them from my first to my current ride. I was redoing my suburban and was looking at amps to start. After purchasing their 4 channel 1500 watt I ended up buying a few Blaupunkt products 4 amps equalizer speakers all products are excellent top notch and this 3000 watt amp is absolutely amazing and pretty darn powerful if you are in the market don't bypass Blaupunkt i guarantee you will be 100% satisfied and the price is awesome its actually to cheap price wise they could triple in price and I would still purchase their products."

Amazing amp for the price. Pieced together a cheap but decent system for my daily, an 07 Crown Vic. Quality seems great. Its hooked up to a single 12 inch sub at 2 ohms. Sub is rated at 1000 watts rms and 2000 watts max. I'm no professional audio guru. But the system bangs! Amp doesn't get hot what so ever. More testing will be done, but so far so good. I'm very impressed for the price. Might even buy another for a second sub
