"At a great price, this is an awesome subwoofer. When opposed to $300 subs I would have given 5 stars if I hadn't got the old one, which is new. I prefer the older model because it is more attractive and has a stitched surround. I received a bdc2 audiopipe. The item for sale is an audiopipe bd2. Sellers must be certain that their listings are accurate. It's not the same as my other sub. And I'd like them to coordinate. So I went out and bought a new bdc2 12. I returned the new one."

"Would of gave 5 stars but buyer beware I recieved the old model which is different. I like the old model better looks better and the surround is stitched. I revieved a audiopipe bdc2. The listing is for a audiopipe bd2. Sellers should be sure to list correctly. Doesn't match my other sub. And I want them to match. So I went and found another bdc2 12. Sent the new model back. "

These subs are so amazing. 2 of them in the back of my car on a pioneer 2400 watt mono amp at 2 ohm is crazy loud. I'm 16 and just needed some good cheap bass and these are the best your gonna find. They are in a ported box and faced up for louder sound.

I engineered and built a 2.95cf ported enclosure for the trunk of my car. The Amp I have is cheap trash and barely pushes 300 watts RMS. In my enclosure this woofer is a monster. It rattles everything in my car, it moves the top frame of my doors, it makes my trunk seal innefective. It's awesome. Hopefully soon I can get a better Amp installed with a high output alternator and really start to shake stuff up. I'll be using TXX-BDC series in every build I do from now on.

This sub slams the only reason I'm not going to give 5 stars is one of the voicecoils was misaligned I assume from shipping but it made a horrible vibration noise around 70 hz I had to take it apart to fix it. There was also a gash in the surround I had to reinforce but all is fixed and sounds great. I built a custom ported enclosure tuned to 32hz at 2.8 cubic ft volume with 800 watts rms running to it. And apart from the flaws at first it's a beast of a subwoofer especially for the price. Not really a huge fan of the wire connections but they are at least solid. Just kind of a pain during tuning and building the enclosure. But great subwoofer for a starter system especially in a custom enclosure it needs breathing room.

This is hands down the best subwoofer you can buy for the money, I am beyond impressed with this sub!
